for your high school students? Our partnership with ProTrain may have classes of interest for students who would like workplace training while in high school.
Courses are available online but many may be offered face-to-face. We are happy to help you determine if this is an option for your district. Please contact us with any questions.
Staff Professional Development
The Wisconsin Education Network will work closely with your building or district to support professional development at the local level. We provide a wide range of services including event planning, registration management, and day-of support for your programs. WEN can also provide credit for many on-site, district-developed workshops.
Administrator Support Program
We will work with buildings and school districts to design an administrator support program that specifically meets your needs. Our team includes coaches and mentors with years of experience in administration and involvement with Educator Effectiveness at various levels.
Initial Educator Seminars
Our Initial Educator Support Programs offer "just in time" or year-long training and coaching to first through third year teachers. General programs cater to various grade levels and content areas, while specific coaching can occur for teachers in areas such as Technology Education or initial Administrators.
Your professional educators will receive the training necessary to serve as effective mentors to initial educators and administrators in your district.
WEN partner universities are accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE).
